Super fast 1-second weight changes!

The twist mechanism is amazingly smooth! I can switch weights in literally 1 second between arm curls and shoulder presses. It saved so much room in my home gym setup.

Great grip & super secure lock mechanism

The anti-slip handles feel very comfortable and secure even during intense sessions. The plates lock in tight with zero rattling when doing overhead tricep extensions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our Adjustable Dumbbell Set.

What are the weight range and settings for each dumbbell?

Each dumbbell in the set adjusts from 5 lbs up to 26.5 lbs with 6 precise weight settings, allowing you to easily scale workouts for arms, shoulders, chest, and lower body exercises.

How does the 1-second quick adjustment system work?

Simply place the dumbbell on its included tray, rotate the handle with one hand to choose your target weight, and lift up. The weight selection changes instantly in 1 second.

Are these dumbbells sold as a pair or single piece?

This set includes 2 dumbbells (a complete pair) along with 2 custom storage trays, replacing up to 12 individual static dumbbells to save gym space.

What safety features prevent weight plates from falling out during workouts?

Equipped with an automatic safety lock mechanism, the weight plates securely lock into position when lifted off the tray, ensuring plates cannot shift or detach while overhead or in motion.

What materials are the handles and plates made of?

The weight plates are constructed with heavy-duty solid steel, while the handles feature an anti-slip textured grip designed for a secure, sweat-resistant hold during intense training sessions.

Are these suitable for home workout spaces?

Yes! The compact design and included storage trays keep your home workout area neat and scratch-free, eliminating bulky dumbbell racks and clutter.

Can beginners use this adjustable dumbbell set?

Absolutely. Starting at 5 lbs per dumbbell, it is ideal for beginners performing light resistance training, while progressing seamlessly up to 26.5 lbs for strength building.

How do I clean and maintain the dumbbells?

Wipe down the anti-slip handles and weight plates with a soft damp cloth after workouts to remove sweat. Ensure the weight adjustment mechanism remains free of dust or debris inside the tray.

Is assembly required when received?

No assembly is required! The set arrives ready to use right out of the box—simply unbox, place the dumbbells into their storage trays, and start exercising.

What is included in the package?

The package includes 2x 5-26.5 lbs Adjustable Dumbbells, 2x Durable Weight Storage Trays, and an exercise guide manual.

Instant Weight Selection. Versatile Home Strength Training. Always change weight settings while the dumbbell rests flat in its dedicated storage tray.
